Performance Marketing Specialist – CRM

About the role

efood is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist focused on CRM to drive user retention and acquisition through data‑driven, performance‑oriented campaigns. You will manage a mix of email, push, SMS, in‑app and in‑product messages, using vouchers strategically to boost incremental growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full CRM campaign cycle – strategy, execution, reporting, evaluation and retesting – with rapid, at‑scale feedback.
• Determine the optimal channel mix per user segment and allocate budget based on performance metrics.
• Test and validate the incremental impact of voucher incentives versus pure communication.
• Address all user lifecycle stages (onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, win‑back) through coordinated cross‑channel communication.
• Define, track and report on retention KPIs such as repeat purchase rate, D30/D90 retention and LTV, translating results into business decisions.
• Manage voucher‑led incentive budgets, treating spend as a lever to optimize rather than a fixed cost.
• Plan, execute and document A/B tests across CRM channels and contribute to shared performance reporting rituals.
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to refine segmentation and improve targeting.

Required profile

• Highly motivated with a strong data‑driven mindset.
• Experience in performance‑focused CRM or performance marketing environments.
• Ability to make budget allocation decisions based on rigorous evaluation.
• Comfort working with large active user bases (2.5M+ users) and fast feedback loops.
