Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

travelstaytion is redefining the short‑term rental industry with a focus on quality, trust and hospitality. The Performance Marketing Manager will lead paid media initiatives, HubSpot automation and conversion optimisation to drive high‑quality leads and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Run and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other channels, syncing data into HubSpot to track CPL and ROAS.
• Prepare marketing briefs for designers and external agencies.
• Build and maintain complex HubSpot automation, lifecycle stages, lead scoring models and custom workflows.
• Connect multi‑channel touchpoints to measure full‑funnel performance from click to closed‑won revenue.
• Optimise landing pages, forms and email sequences within HubSpot to maximise conversion efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance HubSpot dashboards, develop new interactive reporting tools and support sales‑marketing presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in a relevant B2B marketing position.
• Proven experience with HubSpot CRM and automation.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
