Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

The Performance Marketing Manager will join the PPC team within the Digital Services Business Unit, driving growth for a portfolio of clients through paid media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance marketing strategies across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Criteo and other platforms for Greek Yellow Pages accounts.
• Optimize campaigns daily to maximize traffic and Return on Ad Spend for e‑commerce clients, based on defined KPIs.
• Manage, organize and present web analytics data, producing weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Identify optimisation opportunities, work with the creative team on ad designs and copy, and stay current with industry trends and emerging SEM technologies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in digital advertising and online marketing.
• University degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics or a related field; certifications are a plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and ability to work under tight timelines.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Google Analytics (certified) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) – certified.
• Facebook Ads (and optional Facebook Blueprint certification).
• Looker, LinkedIn Advertising and Tik Tok Advertising.
• AI literacy and basic knowledge of code implementation advice.
