Marketing Manager

About the role

Sandblu Resort is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of its brand strategy across a portfolio of luxury hospitality assets in Santorini. The role will combine strategic planning with hands‑on campaign management to drive guest acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with commercial objectives.
• Oversee all digital channels, including website, SEO, SEM, email, CRM, and social media.
• Coordinate seasonal brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Reservations, Operations and external agencies.
• Manage PR, media relations, influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
• Supervise content creation, photography, videography and storytelling.
• Track performance, budgets, ROI and analytics, delivering actionable insights.
• Ensure brand consistency across online and offline communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or premium lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record managing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with a commercial approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
