Marketing Manager – Brand & Commercial Strategy

About the role

Enarxis Dynamic Media is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across its portfolio of video games, toys, collectibles, and licensed merchandise. The role bridges strategic planning, creative execution, and commercial performance, working closely with commercial teams, brand partners, and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and campaigns for assigned brands.
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets to ensure effective investment.
• Plan and oversee ATL and BTL activities across digital, social media, web, TV, newsletters, events, and retail channels.
• Lead the Content, Communication, Design, and Digital Marketing teams.
• Coordinate with external agencies, licensors, suppliers, and brand partners.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Department to support sales objectives and co‑marketing initiatives.
• Organise product launches, consumer events, and retail activations.
• Manage participation in local and international trade shows and exhibitions.
• Maintain communication with licensing partners and major suppliers.
• Prepare performance reports, budget reviews, and strategic presentations for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field (required).
• Master’s degree (MBA or MSc in Marketing) is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role.
• Strong understanding of brand management, strategic planning, trade marketing and digital marketing.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.
• Excellent project management, organisational and decision‑making abilities.
