Marketing Executive (B2B)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, commercially‑driven Marketing Executive (B2B) to support the growth of ASBIS Hellas. The role will plan and execute marketing activities, manage vendor‑funded programs, coordinate B2B campaigns and strengthen relationships with resellers, system integrators and corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and vendor requirements.
• Plan, launch and monitor digital campaigns (email, social media, online advertising) and lead‑generation activities.
• Coordinate vendor‑funded (MDF) initiatives, product launches, roadshows, webinars and other partner events.
• Support sales teams with campaign assets, lead generation and customer engagement, while maintaining brand consistency.
• Analyse performance data, prepare KPI reports and ROI evaluations, and monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B, channel or trade marketing, preferably in ICT, technology or electronics.
• Fluent Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of channel sales and distributor‑vendor‑partner ecosystems.
• Excellent project‑management, communication and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
• Digital campaign management (email, social media, online advertising).
