Marketing Associate

About the role

Join the Marketing team of KESSARIS Group, a leading luxury jewelry, watch and accessories retailer in Greece. As a Marketing Associate you will support digital, e‑commerce and brand activities across a portfolio of prestigious international brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update website and e‑commerce content, ensuring accurate product information, pricing and stock.
• Support day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations, including order processing and coordination with internal teams.
• Handle customer communications via email and social media, delivering timely and professional responses.
• Oversee community management on social platforms, responding to comments and inquiries in line with brand tone.
• Assist in planning and executing social media content calendars for multiple brands.
• Collaborate on written and visual content, creative assets and product photography.
• Review all content for accuracy, consistency and brand compliance.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches and ongoing brand initiatives, coordinating with agencies and partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, e‑commerce or communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Experience in luxury, fashion, jewelry, watches or premium retail is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms.
• Experience with CMS environments.
• Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use contemporary digital and AI tools.
