Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team in Metamorfosi, Athens. You will work closely with the Product Manager and support the execution of marketing initiatives for our FMCG food portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout of marketing campaigns and new product launches.
• Assist in developing brand and trade‑marketing plans.
• Monitor and help manage the marketing budget.
• Analyse pricing, competitor activity and market trends.
• Track category performance, product distribution and identify growth opportunities.
• Participate in annual budget planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams.
• Prepare presentations and business reports for internal meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in an FMCG environment, preferably the food industry.
• Strong command of English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
