Junior Investment Analyst

About the role

Resolute Cepal Capital (RCC) is seeking a Junior Investment Analyst to support its deal teams in the Greek and broader SEE real‑estate market. You will work on underwriting, financial modelling, and portfolio analysis for NPL/REO and direct real‑estate transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain underwriting models for individual assets and portfolios, including cash‑flow, exit, IRR and MoIC analysis.
• Conduct property‑level due diligence, reviewing valuations, market comparables and title/legal status with external counsel.
• Prepare investment committee materials and investor‑facing documentation.
• Analyse large asset portfolios and NPL/REO databases.
• Liaise with appraisers, legal advisors and banks on live transactions.
• Contribute to market research and sector analysis across residential, commercial and hospitality assets.
• Support senior team members on live transactions, asset‑management workstreams and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in real‑estate valuation, underwriting, appraisal or transaction advisory.
• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering (Surveying) or a related field.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Strong communication, multi‑tasking, ownership and self‑motivation.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel modelling, including DCF, comparables and capitalization approaches.
• Solid understanding of valuation methods and key real‑estate metrics.
• Familiarity with asset‑management concepts such as business‑plan monitoring, capex tracking and hold/sell analysis.
