Self-Storage Facility Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Facility Manager to run the day‑to‑day operations of our modern self‑storage site in Greece. You will ensure a high‑quality customer experience while supporting occupancy growth and the expansion of our technology‑enabled platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations, including customer enquiries, reservations, tours, move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Process payments, support collections and monitor inventory of boxes, locks and packaging supplies.
• Conduct regular inspections, coordinate maintenance contractors and approve supplier invoices.
• Track key performance indicators and contribute to monthly reporting.
• Maintain and grow local social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) by creating content, running campaigns and responding to reviews.
• Represent the company at local business and community events.
• Support future site openings, staff training and the development of consistent procedures across the business.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, retail, property management or customer service.
• Strong communication skills in Greek and English.
• Commercial mindset with experience in sales or identifying business opportunities.
• Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude with ownership of daily operations.
