Project Manager – Real Estate Development

About the role

The Project Manager will oversee real estate development and renovation projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Athens and requires close coordination with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor construction and renovation projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and deadlines.
• Obtain and oversee all necessary licences and permits for development activities.
• Coordinate logistics for materials and equipment, managing transportation and on‑site resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections, verify compliance with specifications, and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, investors and contractors, providing regular progress reports and documentation.
• Identify and resolve project issues, driving continuous improvements in processes and service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management within real estate development, construction or property renovation.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with construction or property‑management software.
