Junior Cybersecurity Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Cybersecurity Consultant to join SysteCom’s cybersecurity team in Metamorfosi, Athens. The role blends technical work with customer interaction, offering hands‑on experience with a broad portfolio of security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of SysteCom’s cybersecurity product suite.
• Assist in presenting solutions to existing and prospective clients.
• Participate in customer meetings to capture business and technical requirements.
• Help prepare technical proposals, solution descriptions and project documentation.
• Support onboarding, configuration, deployment, fine‑tuning and user training for security solutions.
• Provide first‑level technical support and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Map customer security needs to appropriate solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, emerging technologies and threat landscape.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, IT infrastructure, networking and systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Customer‑oriented, proactive, well‑organized with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Completed military obligations.
