About the role

As a member of the Systems Engineering and Cloud Services team, you will administer and monitor systems and cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and availability. You will also contribute to the transition from traditional infrastructure practices to hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor systems and cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and availability.
• Contribute to the transition from traditional infrastructure practices to hybrid environments.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into securely designed and effectively implemented technical solutions.
• Design, document, and implement IT solutions in line with defined standards and objectives.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities across systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Implement infrastructure changes and upgrades through established change‑management processes, ensuring minimal operational risk.
• Monitor connectivity and infrastructure availability and contribute to the implementation of relevant KPIs.
• Collaborate with technology vendors, external partners, and contractors to safeguard the security and integrity of infrastructure and services.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience as an IT Systems Infrastructure and Cloud Engineer within complex, high‑demand enterprise environments.
• Experience with cloud service models, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms, with a particular focus on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of complex IT landscapes and their administration.
• Experience in DevOps‑related projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into secure and effective technical solutions.
• Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken.
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, virtualization, or Linux are considered an asset.
