IT Systems and Operations Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Systems and Operations Support Specialist to join a forward‑thinking technology company. You will ensure the stability and performance of our IT infrastructure while providing high‑quality support to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware, software, operating systems, and network components.
• Monitor and maintain server systems and network infrastructure to guarantee smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software incidents, delivering end‑user support.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune, managing endpoint solutions.
• Maintain and debug software systems, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
• Implement and maintain security devices and protocols such as CCTV, alarms, and access control.
• Set up user accounts, profiles, and manage IT inventory effectively.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance organizational capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Working knowledge of networking, security, and remote‑control technologies is preferred.
