About the role
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our partner's tech team. You will provide technical assistance and support to end‑users, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑ and second‑level support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Troubleshoot system errors, connectivity problems, and application issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications.
- Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, O365, etc.
- Monitor system performance, perform regular maintenance, and document procedures.
Required profile
- Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments.
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools.
