About the role
We are looking for an IT Support & Systems Specialist to join our Athens office. You will be the first point of contact for users, providing calm, customer‑focused assistance while helping to maintain and improve our core IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for user technical issues, delivering remote and on‑site troubleshooting.
- Guide users through step‑by‑step problem‑solving and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of core infrastructure technologies.
- Develop and maintain scripts or automations to streamline daily IT operations.
- Identify bottlenecks proactively and suggest practical improvements to support procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Helpdesk, Technical Support or Junior SysAdmin roles.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a calm and patient demeanor.
