International Logistics Coordinator

About the role

As an International Logistics Coordinator at Bournas Medicals, you will oversee the end‑to‑end movement of certified medical disposable products across global markets. Working closely with Purchasing, Exports and Warehouse teams, you will ensure shipments are planned, executed and documented efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage import and export logistics operations.
• Maintain and update shipment schedules and coordinate order picking and packaging.
• Organise logistics documentation such as pro‑formas, receipts, CMR documents, packing lists and customs paperwork.
• Monitor delivery times, transport costs and overall efficiency, resolving any delays or discrepancies.
• Request and evaluate quotations from transport providers to secure optimal rates and service levels.
• Delegate tasks to transport partners, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Provide accurate information to the Exports department to support client service.
• Supervise loading and unloading activities to guarantee product integrity and proper paperwork exchange.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2‑3 years proven experience in a logistics company or a structured imports/exports department.
• Fluent in Greek and English, with strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Proficient with PC applications, especially MS Office.
• Experienced user of CRM/ERP systems.
• Effective negotiation and time‑management skills.
