Inside Sales Representative – Portuguese (Athens)

About the role

We are seeking a Portuguese‑speaking Inside Sales Representative to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Athens. The role is hybrid, combining office collaboration with remote work, and focuses on driving revenue through renewals, upsells, and new product sales.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual revenue targets by selling renewals, products, and services.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients within an assigned territory.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Develop strong product and technical knowledge to deliver tailored solutions.
• Promote products and services to drive customer retention and expansion.
• Guide customers through onboarding and encourage long‑term adoption.
• Use data insights to identify at‑risk accounts and growth opportunities.
• Handle objections, address concerns, and remove obstacles impacting satisfaction.
• Maintain a high volume of phone and email interactions daily.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Portuguese with fluency in English (minimum B2).
• Proven experience meeting individual or team sales targets.
• Strong communication skills in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments.
• Ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools, technology, and data.
• Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence in cold calling and engaging new customers.
