ICT Technical Account Manager

About the role

Vodafone is looking for an ICT Technical Account Manager to drive presales analysis and deliver tailored ICT solutions to private corporate customers. You will act as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams, supporting digital transformation journeys across cloud, integration and SaaS services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform presales analysis and present ICT solutions (cloud, integration, infrastructure, SaaS) to corporate clients.
• Develop expertise in emerging technologies such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and integration services.
• Conduct daily visits (physical or digital) to assess customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Lead technical and commercial discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and present solution proposals and respond to RFPs.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure flawless solution delivery.
• Achieve sales targets in partnership with Corporate Account Managers.
• Build long‑term relationships to become the trusted contact for customers’ digital transformation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within a telecommunications or IT company.
• Ability to understand customers’ IT operating models and propose solutions such as private/public Azure cloud, Microsoft Modern Workplace, and endpoint security.
• Technical fluency in both Greek and English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results‑oriented, detail‑focused and able to work under pressure and tight timelines.
