German‑Speaking Technical Support Expert – Athens

About the role

Join an international telecom team in Athens, providing first‑line support for German‑speaking customers using Salt Home services. You will combine technical expertise, customer care and sales skills while developing your career in a Great Place to Work‑certified environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and diagnose internet, TV and home‑service issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers to effective solutions.
• Explain technical information in clear, non‑technical language.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities during interactions.
• Accurately record all customer contacts and work towards quality, productivity and KPI targets.
• Maintain an average of around 40 calls per day outside peak periods.

Required profile

• German language proficiency at C1 level (native preferred) and English at B2 level.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and customer‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable with sales, upselling and meeting targets.
• Good computer literacy and ability to multitask.
• Previous customer or technical support experience is a plus.

• Base salary of €1,300 gross per month, increasing to €1,400 after three years.
