Human Resources Consultant

About the role

ICAP CRIF is seeking an experienced Human Resources Consultant to join its dynamic HR team. You will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and wellbeing initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑life‑cycle recruitment: advertise vacancies, screen, shortlist and interview candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate onboarding, off‑boarding and ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Lead employer‑branding activities, build relationships with universities and attend job fairs.
• Design and implement CSR, wellbeing programs and employee events.
• Collect and analyse employee feedback through surveys and focus groups.
• Maintain HR records, track KPIs such as turnover and retention, and produce reports.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 3‑4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and experience with HRM systems.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
