HR Generalist – Learning & Development

About the role

Ella Resorts is seeking an HR Generalist with a focus on Learning & Development to support its rapid growth across Mediterranean beachfront retreats. The role combines core HR functions—recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance—with the coordination and improvement of training initiatives that align with the Group’s values and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in candidate sourcing, schedule interviews, and collect hiring documentation.
• Manage onboarding processes, induction programs, and ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture.
• Coordinate the annual training plan with department heads and the HR Manager.
• Promote continuous learning, track participation, and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and observations.
• Liaise with internal trainers and external providers to deliver learning initiatives.
• Maintain training calendars, attendance records, learning matrices, and employee training files.
• Oversee employee housing, conduct safety and repair audits, and manage staff restaurant operations.
• Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring fair resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain up‑to‑date employee records, and schedule medical examinations.
• Support performance review cycles, reward activities, and employee engagement programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR generalist functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Familiarity with coordinating training programs and evaluating their impact.
• Knowledge of labor law compliance and HR documentation standards.
• Ability to manage employee housing and related operational tasks.
• Strong communication skills to address employee inquiries and support engagement initiatives.
