Hostess (Food & Beverage)

About the role

Join the Sani/Ikos Group as a Hostess in the Food & Beverage department on the beautiful island of Crete. You will be the first friendly face guests encounter, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth dining experience in a leading family and beach resort.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, escort them to their tables and create a comfortable atmosphere.
• Manage reservations, waitlists and table allocations to optimise seating flow.
• Address guest inquiries, special requests and complaints with professionalism.
• Coordinate with service staff and managers to ensure timely seating and seamless service.
• Maintain a tidy, inviting reception area and entrance.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a hostess or in a guest‑facing role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Friendly, professional appearance and well‑groomed presentation.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
