F&B Buyer

About the role

The F&B Buyer will support the resort’s food and beverage operations by sourcing high‑quality products, negotiating favourable terms, and ensuring seamless procurement processes. This position reports to the Procurement Manager and works closely with culinary, finance, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new suppliers, evaluate product offerings, and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate pricing, rebates, and contract terms to secure the best value for the resort.
• Process purchase orders in line with managerial requests and maintain accurate order records.
• Conduct regular market analysis and supplier visits to stay informed of trends and opportunities.
• Enter new products and detailed specifications into the ERP system, ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to reconcile invoices and guarantee timely supplier payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience purchasing food and beverage products.
• Proficiency with procurement ERP systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and negotiation techniques.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with fluent English communication skills.
• Experience managing operational expenditure budgets.
