High Net Worth Client Manager – Remote, Commission Only

About the role

We are seeking a High Net Worth (HNW) Client Manager to join PassBeyond on a remote, part‑time basis. The role focuses on introducing qualified entrepreneurs, business owners and investors to Greece’s Golden Visa property investment programme, guiding them from first contact through to the issuance of their residence permit. Compensation is commission‑only with no cap on earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage your existing network of successful entrepreneurs and investors to generate qualified leads.
• Explain the financial, legal and timeline aspects of the Golden Visa programme clearly and honestly.
• Support clients through every step of the process, from property selection to permit approval.
• Maintain a relationship‑focused approach, avoiding cold‑calling or high‑pressure tactics.
• Collaborate remotely with PassBeyond’s Athens headquarters for compliance, documentation and market insights.

Required profile

• Established relationships with high‑net‑worth entrepreneurs, business owners or senior professionals.
• Deep cultural understanding of the markets you will serve.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• High integrity; willing to forgo a deal rather than mislead a client.
