Guest Experience Advisor – On-site (Marousi)

About the role

The Guest Experience Advisor will be the first point of contact for visitors at Golden Hall in Marousi, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This on‑site role supports the centre’s retail and real‑estate activities by delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide information about stores, services, promotions and events.
• Handle visitor requests, complaints and inquiries efficiently.
• Manage customer service utilities such as chargers and strollers.
• Support marketing and promotional campaigns within the centre.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
• Collaborate with store operators for updates and reporting.
• Assist with lost‑and‑found procedures and gift‑voucher transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Excellent command of English.
• Reliability, professionalism and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work shift patterns, including weekends.
