Account Manager – Hotel Procurement (Athens)

About the role

Estia is seeking an Account Manager to lead a portfolio of independent hotels and serviced apartments in Greece. You will evaluate current procurement costs, demonstrate tangible savings, secure agreements, and ensure delivery meets the promised benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach hotels that match Estia’s target profile.
• Conduct detailed cost assessments using invoices, room counts, and laundry data.
• Build and present clear savings cases, highlighting assumptions and VAT treatment.
• Negotiate and close membership agreements with annual volume commitments.
• Oversee the ordering cycle, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor lead times and quality.
• Track actual savings versus quoted savings and proactively address any variances.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, B2B sales, procurement, or hotel operations.
• Strong analytical ability to construct cost comparisons in Excel without assistance.
• Professional proficiency in Greek and English.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence and willingness to travel across mainland and islands.
• Hospitality or housekeeping background is a strong advantage.
