Graduate Program – Commercial Stream (CRM, Product Marketing, Communications)

About the role

The Allwyn Rockets Graduate Program is a 15‑month, full‑time career acceleration journey for recent Master’s graduates. You will develop deep expertise in a commercial track—CRM, Product Marketing or Communications—while gaining cross‑functional experience and learning from industry experts.

Key responsibilities

• CRM track: design and deliver data‑driven customer journeys that boost engagement, loyalty and long‑term relationships.
• Product Marketing track: shape product positioning, communication and go‑to‑market strategies to create value for customers and the business.
• Communications track: craft stories, messages and experiences that strengthen the brand and connect with customers and communities.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate data, creativity and commercial thinking into scalable impact.

Required profile

• Recently completed (or soon‑to‑be completed) Master’s or Integrated Master’s degree.
• Academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Psychology or related fields.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in any business‑related area.
• Strong communication skills in Greek and English.
• Customer‑centric mindset with analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability and curiosity to interpret data and insights.
• Accountability, collaboration and openness to new challenges.
• Military obligations fulfilled or eligible for deferment for at least three years, where applicable.
• Availability for full‑time employment in Athens (hybrid).
