German-speaking Customer Service Representative

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site customer service via phone and email.
• Handle inquiries and give product advice in a solution‑oriented manner.
• Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction through active listening, targeted follow‑up questions, clear information and appropriate offers.
• Comply with security, data‑protection and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Very good written and spoken German.
• Proficiency with computers and software applications.
• Ideally some prior experience in customer service.
• Reliable and organized work style.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn.

What we offer

• Secure permanent full‑ or part‑time position (30+ hours/week).
• Permanent employment contract in Thessaloniki with 14 months’ salary.
• €1,350 gross per month for full‑time positions plus performance‑based bonus and project‑based sales commission.
• Additional €6 net per workday on the Ticket Restaurant Card.
• Private health insurance through Interamerican starting in the 4th month of employment.
• Paid training (for full‑time employees) in German, led by a specialized training team.
