About the role
Provide assistance to subscribers of a major international streaming platform, handling billing, subscription, login/account issues and technical troubleshooting. Interact with customers through phone, chat, email and social media while working rotating shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with billing, subscription management, login problems and technical issues.
- Communicate via phone, chat, email and social media to resolve inquiries efficiently.
Required profile
- Dutch language proficiency at C1/native level.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- Residency in Greece with a valid work permit.
