French-speaking Sales Advisor (Hybrid, Athens)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Sales Advisor to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Athens. The role combines inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, chat and email, aiming to deliver a high‑quality experience while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, chat and email.
• Provide accurate information using internal tools and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets, including call‑handling KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with communication procedures and data‑protection policies.
• Build and maintain positive relationships through clear, professional communication.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French proficiency with at least B2 level English.
• Strong customer‑service experience across multiple channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environment.

• High computer literacy and comfort using several systems simultaneously.
