Ad Sales Specialist (French) – Athens

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Ad Sales Specialist to join a leading global digital advertising company in Athens. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, building relationships with advertisers, and driving revenue through consultative selling.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting, including cold calling and first‑contact engagement.
• Reactivate dormant accounts and develop them into sales opportunities.
• Use consultative, needs‑based selling techniques to identify advertiser challenges.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow‑ups and opportunities in an organised manner.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital advertising products, tools, platforms and market developments.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of proven outbound sales or business development experience.
• Native or near‑native French and fluent English.
• Strong commercial mindset with focus on conversion, revenue and sales targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
• Familiarity with digital advertising solutions and their commercial positioning.
