Business Development Manager

About the role

Interweave is seeking a Growth and Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities across Greece, MENA and Europe. You will work closely with senior leadership, strategy, marketing and creative teams to shape bold, long‑lasting partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the firm’s growth strategy, identifying opportunities and potential partners in target markets.
• Attend meetings (in‑person and online) and represent Interweave strategically.
• Proactively generate qualified leads, build relationships with prospects and partners.
• Oversee and optimise the digital funnel in collaboration with strategy and performance teams.
• Scope client needs, write proposals and craft tailored solutions.
• Produce thought‑leadership content (LinkedIn posts, articles, case studies) to boost visibility.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business development, client services or strategic growth roles.
• Background in consulting firms, creative/digital agencies, software houses or B2B service‑based startups.
• Proven success in scoping and converting complex B2B opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek; Arabic is a plus.
• Collaborative spirit with confidence to lead initiatives.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience with lead generation tools.
• Knowledge of funnel automation platforms.
