About the role
We are seeking French‑speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our international service projects based in Athens, Greece. The role involves handling customer interactions in French across multiple channels while ensuring a high‑quality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional support in French via phone, email and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, bookings, account issues, payments and general requests.
- Identify and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Meet quality, productivity and customer‑satisfaction targets.
Required profile
- French language proficiency at C1/C2 level (excellent written and spoken).
- English at minimum B2 level.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Customer‑oriented attitude with a professional approach.
- Good computer literacy and ability to work with various systems.
