French Sales Advisor – Athens (Start Aug 24/31)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Sales Advisor to join our Athens office and support business clients in expanding their online sales on a leading e‑commerce platform. The position offers a fixed Monday‑Friday schedule, full training, and a modern office environment in Neos Kosmos.

Key responsibilities

• Contact business owners interested in growing their online sales.
• Present the e‑commerce platform, its benefits and business opportunities.
• Assist new sellers with free registration and onboarding.
• Re‑engage inactive clients and introduce additional platform features.
• Recommend tailored solutions that match each client’s needs.
• Build trusted relationships with owners and key decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2 level) and English (minimum B2).
• Residing in Athens or willing to relocate.
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting services.
• Interest in sales‑oriented conversations and supporting business customers.
• EU citizenship or a valid Greek residence and work permit.

Required skills

What we offer

• Permanent Greek employment contract.
• Office‑based work in Athens, 10:00‑18:00, no shifts, weekends off.
• Base salary €1,050 gross/month plus performance bonuses up to €250 and over‑achievement bonuses up to 150%.
• Two additional salaries per year (€2,100 gross each) and a €500 anniversary bonus after one year.
