Exports Account Manager

About the role

The Exports Account Manager will drive sales growth of LPC’s lubricants, private‑label products and raw materials across existing and new international markets. Reporting to commercial leadership, the role combines client portfolio management, market development and data‑driven sales optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor and expand the existing client portfolio, handling commercial, pricing, credit, compliance and marketing aspects.
• Identify and open new international markets, countries and clients; manage the end‑to‑end sales funnel and client onboarding.
• Gather market data, analyse sales performance, monitor competitor activity and adjust promotion strategies.
• Recommend, negotiate and renew cooperation agreements in line with company terms.
• Submit product development proposals to the Technical Department to support sales growth.
• Prepare documentation for client onboarding, credit limits, payment terms and order‑fulfilment issues.
• Produce regular sales reports, budget plans, business‑plan reviews and ad‑hoc analyses for management.
• Identify QHSSE risks, participate in risk‑reduction initiatives and implement sustainable practices.
• Conduct cleanliness inspections to ensure environmental compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in export sales or international account management, preferably in the oil, lubricants or related industrial sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client‑focused attitude.
• Flexibility to travel frequently to international markets.
• Awareness of QHSSE standards and commitment to sustainability.
