Experienced Sales Representative - FMCG

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Representative to strengthen our sales team and contribute to the growth of AGROVIM and ILIADA brands in the Greek market and abroad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities and driving profitable sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and new customers.
• Present products, negotiate commercial agreements and secure new listings.
• Achieve sales targets, distribution objectives and commercial KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to increase product distribution and sales.
• Monitor customer performance, market trends and competitor activities.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments and customer requests.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute commercial plans effectively.
• Provide market intelligence and regular feedback to management.

Required profile

• 3-5+ years of successful FMCG sales experience.
• Experience working with retail chains, wholesalers, distributors or foodservice accounts.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset and strong business acumen.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and organized.
• Good command of English.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
