About the role

We are looking for an Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to work directly with the founder of Gigantic Self Storage in Athens. This hands‑on position supports the launch of our first site and the overall growth of the business, handling a wide range of day‑to‑day tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage invoices, expenses and payment preparation.
  • Maintain simple financial and management reporting.
  • Work with accountants, banks and external advisers.
  • Track contracts, suppliers, documents and key deadlines.
  • Support meetings, correspondence and general administration.
  • Help coordinate new site openings and operational projects.
  • Use systems such as SoftOne, Excel and other business platforms.
  • Ensure tasks are completed and nothing falls through the cracks.

Required profile

  • Highly organised, numerate and comfortable with technology.
  • Strong attention to detail, good numerical and Excel skills, excellent English and Greek.
  • Early‑career professional eager to work closely with a founder and gain broad business exposure.
