Europe Warehousing Project Key User

About the role

The Europe Warehousing Project Key User will join the Systems & Innovation team within the Warehouse Orchestration Center at P&G. You will support digitalisation and automation projects across European distribution centres, acting as the main contact for new technology roll‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing warehouse system solutions (e.g., SAP, WMS), including version upgrades, SIT and UAT testing, trial cut‑overs and post‑cut‑over support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture new requirements, create Requests for Change and act as the Single Point of Contact for technology implementations.
• Identify and drive process improvements by analysing current workflows and testing enhancements with IT and management.
• Coordinate training sessions and produce documentation to ensure end‑users are proficient with SAP, WMS and related tools.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (BSc) in Technical, Engineering, Science or Business fields.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Prior exposure to warehouse operations or logistics preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills, with a team‑oriented mindset.
