Enterprise Sales Leader – GTM

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Enterprise Sales Leader to drive high‑stakes GTM initiatives across the region. You will own the full sales cycle, expand existing relationships and create lasting revenue streams with large enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and close complex enterprise deals, targeting C‑level executives and IT leaders.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with CXOs, Customer Service heads and other senior stakeholders.
• Generate new business opportunities, open doors to fresh enterprise customers and expand the company’s footprint.
• Achieve and exceed activity, pipeline and revenue targets, setting a benchmark for sales excellence.
• Maintain accurate, actionable data in Salesforce, including use cases, purchase timelines and forecasts.
• Sell on value using a solution‑based approach that demonstrates real business impact.

Required profile

• 7+ years of proven SaaS or AI‑driven sales success, consistently meeting large, multi‑stakeholder quotas.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage a pipeline independently and prioritize effectively.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and proficiency in the local language.
• Passion for artificial intelligence and a “get‑it‑done” hunter mentality.
• Strong network with enterprise‑level CXOs and senior decision‑makers.
• Track record of collaborating with system integrators and hyperscalers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
