Dutch‑Speaking Inside Sales Representative – Athens

About the role

We are seeking a Dutch‑speaking Inside Sales Representative to join a leading outsourcing/BPO firm in Athens. The role focuses on driving revenue through renewals, product sales and service upsells while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual revenue targets by selling renewals, products and services.
• Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of existing clients within an assigned territory.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Develop deep product and technical knowledge to propose tailored solutions.
• Promote products proactively to increase customer retention and expansion.
• Guide customers through onboarding and encourage long‑term adoption.
• Use data insights to identify at‑risk accounts and growth opportunities.
• Handle objections, resolve concerns and remove obstacles affecting satisfaction.
• Maintain a high volume of daily phone and email interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Dutch with fluent English (minimum B2).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication skills in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments.
• Quick learner of new tools, technology and data.
• Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence in cold‑calling and engaging new customers.
