Dutch B2B Customer Advisor – Tourism Sector, Athens

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting Dutch speakers to work as a B2B Customer Advisor in the tourism sector for a top Greek brand. The position is based in Athens, full time, 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days a week).

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and record consumer inquiries and questions received via free phone lines.
• Maintain accurate data on inquiries, questions and feedback in the customer service database.
• Ensure client complaints are handled and logged according to the company's complaints escalation policy.
• Answer and resolve support calls and emails within the agreed SLAs and log them appropriately.
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training, and give recommendations on common problems and FAQs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• Native or fluent Dutch.
• Good level of English, C1.
• Writing speed of 20 words per minute.
