Digital Marketer – Influencer & Performance Marketing (On-site)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketer to lead our performance and influencer marketing initiatives. Working on‑site, you will craft integrated campaigns that boost brand awareness, acquire new customers, and drive measurable growth across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms.
• Analyse performance data using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite and related tools.
• Manage marketing budgets to maximise ROI.
• Lead acquisition, lead‑generation, retention and remarketing programmes.
• Identify growth opportunities through market research, competitor analysis and customer insights.
• Design and manage influencer marketing programmes, from creator selection to campaign execution.
• Collaborate with creative, content, sales and management teams to ensure alignment.
• Continuously improve the marketing funnel and customer journey.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in digital, performance or growth marketing.
• Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta Ads with measurable results.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on influencer marketing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into strategic actions.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
