Account Manager

About the role

Socialab, a digital‑first advertising agency founded in 2009, is looking for an Account Manager to manage client relationships and oversee daily operations. The role combines client contact, project coordination and strategic input within a fast‑moving agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure project delivery.
• Maintain daily contact with clients and attend client meetings.
• Manage content creation, reporting and special projects.
• Propose new services and ideas to clients.
• Ensure compliance with schedules, campaign targets, KPIs and financial requirements.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience working in an advertising agency.
• Team‑player attitude with strong time and project management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling a high volume of quality work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or Business Administration.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong command of English (spoken, reading and writing).
