Digital Engagement & Performance Executive

About the role

At Eurolife FFH, digital channels play a critical role in how we connect with customers, partners and stakeholders. We are looking for a Digital Engagement & Performance Executive to strengthen our digital presence, improve engagement and support business objectives through effective digital activation and performance optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital campaigns.
• Manage website content and digital touchpoints.
• Support social media activation and performance.
• Monitor campaign and channel performance.
• Develop reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate agencies and digital partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement and effectiveness.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, digital communications or performance marketing (agency or client side).
• Strong understanding of social media, analytics and digital channels.
• Experience managing digital campaigns.
• Analytical mindset.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
