About the role

We are looking for a Danish‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our Multilingual Services team. The position is remote and supports customers in a multilingual contact‑centre environment, handling inquiries in both Danish and English.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions via phone, email and chat.
  • Maintain accurate records of each interaction.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
  • Communicate confidently in Danish while using English daily.

Required profile

  • Fluent in Danish with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Comfortable working in English on a daily basis.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Willing to undergo full training and work remotely.
