About the role

We are looking for a Danish‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our Multilingual Services team. The position is remote and supports customers in a multilingual contact‑centre environment, handling inquiries in both Danish and English.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer questions via phone, email and chat.
Maintain accurate records of each interaction.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
Communicate confidently in Danish while using English daily.

Required profile

Fluent in Danish with strong written and verbal skills.
Comfortable working in English on a daily basis.
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Willing to undergo full training and work remotely.
