Customer Care Representative – Multilingual (Greece)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic multilingual Customer Care professionals to join our team in Greece. The role involves assisting customers through phone, chat or email, providing solutions, and supporting generative‑AI projects. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in your native language and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot user issues.
• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, or email.
• Analyze, review and categorize content or data for generative‑AI initiatives.
• Identify customer needs, ensure high‑quality service and follow‑up.
• Contribute feedback to improve service processes.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in one of the listed languages (e.g., Portuguese, Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Hebrew, Icelandic, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Polish, Slovenian, Spanish or Swedish).
• B2/C1 level English for internal communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools in a technology‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and methodical approach.
• Motivation to learn, grow and work in an international setting.
