About the role

Join the Search Engine Customer Experts team in Athens, Greece, and become a digital specialist supporting entrepreneurs and businesses on Google’s platforms. This position is ideal for candidates fluent in Danish and English who want to develop expertise in online visibility tools.

Key responsibilities

• Complete intensive product training to become a digital expert.
• Consult entrepreneurs and businesses to improve their reputation and understand how customers search for them.
• Assist businesses in enhancing their online presence across Google’s search engine.
• Investigate issues thoroughly, define solutions, or escalate complex cases.
• Promote related Google products to existing customers when required.

Required profile

• Superior Danish language skills combined with a customer‑service mindset.
• Strong communication abilities in English.
• Proficiency with desktop computers, internet applications, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Google products such as Maps and the Google Cloud suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience using Chrome OS and Android operating systems.
