Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

TITAN Greece is looking for a Corporate Communications Manager to lead internal and external communication initiatives, safeguard the company’s reputation, and drive CSR actions across national and local communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead corporate communication projects for internal and external audiences, ensuring a consistent corporate narrative.
• Manage reputation initiatives with a focus on local community engagement and stakeholder relations.
• Co‑lead crisis communications, delivering timely and accurate messages in partnership with Legal, Compliance and senior leadership.
• Oversee media office operations, including media relations, media buying and monitoring of coverage.
• Identify media trends, analyse coverage of the company and peers, and recommend strategic actions.
• Design and implement CSR programmes and partnerships at national and local levels.
• Collaborate with business managers to roll out internal and external communication programmes.
• Create and adapt content for press releases, social media, corporate website, intranet, newsletters and articles.
• Produce multimedia assets such as videos, infographics, presentations, annual reports and leaflets.
• Plan and manage physical and online events while monitoring budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of corporate communications experience, including media relations, issues management and community engagement.
• Proven experience in crisis communications and handling high‑pressure situations.
• Demonstrated ability to engage internal and external stakeholders and build cross‑functional relationships.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable.
