Content Creator and Digital Presence Manager

About the role

Endeavor Greece is looking for a dynamic Content Creator and Digital Presence Manager to showcase the country’s tech innovation and its entrepreneurs. You will be responsible for producing compelling visual stories, managing our digital channels, and supporting the broader marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot and produce photo and video content that highlights Greek innovation, Endeavor Greece, founders, and events both locally and abroad.
• Act as creative director on larger projects, leading partner teams to execute concepts.
• Design and launch visually‑driven campaigns from idea through execution.
• Monitor trends and platform changes to keep the visual presence fresh and relevant.
• Develop and continuously improve our presence on YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and potentially TikTok.
• Create reporting automations for performance metrics.
• Oversee agency collaborations on digital advertising campaigns and newsletter production.
• Maintain and update the Endeavor Greece website, working with copywriters and digital agencies on visual redesigns.
• Manage relationships with innovation partners, driving content strategy and identifying new collaboration opportunities.
